Elena is very unprofessional. I bought a business that she had a cleaning contract with and tried telling me I was also bound to that contract as well. Illinois state law does not work like that. She lied to me and tried to trick me.
Cleanway is the best cleaning service I have used in 25 years. Using them to replace a former cleaning service, my complaints went from 3+ per day to maybe one every couple months. They are detail oriented, very consistent and provide great supervision and management. I appreciate their monthly site visits (inspections & meetings) from the operations manager and account manager. Additionally, they are reasonably priced. I highly recommend using Cleanway Maintenance for your cleaning and water restoration needs.
