I read over all the comments and think some people are taking things personally. When I go here I go to the wash dry and I’m out. The lady is helping but she doesn’t understand much and don’t speak much English. But if you take your time she’s try her best. My dryer was blowing out cold air after 4 quarter. I told her she came gave me my money back then I used another. I’ve been coming here for 4 years now. I’ve even forgot clothes came to pick them up and they washed and dry them for me and didn’t charge I don’t recommend leaving your clothes but that was nice of them. Only thing I wish they can change is the get more bigger dryer I like to be in and out.nn(Also some time the dryer are too hot)
I don’t come here often, but every time I come, the staff is kind and on top of cleaning. Now that COVID protocols are in place, the cleanliness of this facility is definitely up some notches. Patrons are wearing masks & everyone’s spaced accordingly. I’ll be back again.
Clean place but no hot water and most of the dryers do not dry at all. A scam.nThe glass gets hot but the dryer isn’t even hot insidenThey probably do this on purpose so you keep putting 25 cents for another 12 minutes ..
Clean place and good working washers and dryers.
