The entire process was very easy. Spoke with a very nice guy to set up the appointment and get more information about the different options. He quoted me was precisely what we paid for on the day of. We opted for the non- chemical, green, option soap which was a bit pricey but well worth it. There was one dark spot in one of the rooms that they got out effortlessly and the carpet looks brand new now!!
I Contacted Maple Carpet Care a few days ago to ask for a quote and the staff was really nice and helpful to answer all my questions. Jim is the guy who came to my apt to do the job. He is really nice, helpful, and detailed on the job as well. He showed me different options I could have for the carpet cleaning. He is informative and responsible. Really impressed that I chose their services to clean my carpet.

The two gentlemen that arrived from Maple Carpet Care were on time, friendly and efficient. They did a fantastic job- cleaning and removing coffee stains from my office. The carpeting smells fresh and looks new again! Excellent prices, too! I will definitely be reaching out to them for any of my future needs and I highly recommend them!!
I've used Maple Carpet Care on two occasions. They did a meticulous job with cleaning the carpets at very realistic prices. They also used a black light to locate the stains and were able to remove all of them. My carpets look and smell great now. I was very impressed. I would certainly recommend them!!
