Terrible customer service. Did not know their product. Could not help me at all with the issue I had.
The worst. I bought an electronic door opener for our kitchen showroom. We order things in advance so jobs go smoothly. The unit didn't work straight out of the box. I called to have it replaced and they said it is more than 30 days old. Out of Warranty. No replacement, no refund. They dug their heels in on a $100 accessory and we sell a lot of their product. Or we used to. Never again.
