Planned to do a small home project, ordered what I needed, and picked up curbside. The curbside app didn't work for me, neither did texting the number on the sign at the designated parking spot. I had to call the store to have my order brought to my car.nThe young lady who brought out my purchase was friendly and helpful.nThe project was finished that day.nAll in all a success.

I love that I can shop for what I need without assistance, but when assistance is needed there is always somebody available to help you. I went to self check out and an associate did all of my scanning. So nice and helpful.

Well it’s the holidays! What a time to get shafted by Home Depot. In early October (3) I went on the website to order a new microwave. I noticed online the price was 100 bucks more than any other place so I called to see if they would price match. They stated they didn’t understand why online it was 100 bucks more because in store it was marked for 399. Not 499. First thought what a rip off. But what ever. So I went in and ordered the microwave. The only reason I ordered through them was because they had the fastest delivery date. Well, I order it and they double charged me for it. That got resolved in the store. No big deal. So I waited the three weeks. No call in the morning like was promised. Got an email though stating it was postponed for another 3 weeks. Covids going around so no big deal. I understand. Flash forward 3 weeks same issue no call just an email postponed another 3 weeks. This time I called. I brought my concerns up. Well, apparently they didn’t have my phone number down correctly. I “thought” we corrected that issue on that call.... I waited yet again the 3 weeks because I needed this microwave. Guess what no call, just an email postponing the delivery YET again. I was fed up. I called in and wanted a return. I was told they couldn’t resolve the return over the phone because I paid with a card and I had to go in to the store to get a return on the card. I even got an email the next day. Stating to come in. So I went into the store about a week later and guess what? I was told they couldn’t do it due to the fact that they processed the return already and they decided to send a check instead with out my knowledge Absolute joke. 2 weeks since still nothing no return.
