I wouldn’t give them a single star but I have to in order to leave a review. Terrible customer service. We ordered a panic exit device and received a cover. They sent us the wrong handed exit trim. It’s been two weeks trying to resolve this issue with them. Our customer ran out of patience and canceled. Needless to say we lost a long time customer over this and now it’s like pulling TEETH to send what they sent us and receive a refund. I do not recommend this company at all. Be warned.
