This store has everything I need and the employees are so helpful. I would especially like to thank Bonnie for her knowledge of the stores' product locations. She certainly saved me a lot of time. And a fairly new employee, Nick, was extremely eager to measure and cut the length of rope that I needed for my project. It's always nice to have someone from a younger generation be so helpful and courteous.nWhile talking to Ryan, at his register, I asked him if he enjoyed working there. He said he liked it so much that he doesn't mind the commute from Rhode Island to North Dartmouth.nI can only conclude that your employees feel that they are appreciated. Kudos to the management for recognizing how important they are to your store.

I just wanted to say thank you to Alma who works at this store--I placed an online order and part of it was supposed to ship from this store, but I live in a zip code on Martha's Vineyard that's like the Bermuda Triangle, many postal databases want the zip code or the town to be different... Alma spent several days talking to Cape Cod Express and sorting everything out for me, and was great about calling to let me know what was going on. We bought a patio heater so my 84 year old aunt can keep coming over for dinner outdoors when it gets cold, and believe it or not this order meant a lot to my whole family.

Terrible experience. I ordered a $5,000 exterior door on August 1, 2020. I never received a call stating the order arrived. Today is November 19, 2020... I then called asking to speak to a representative to change my order status to delivery as opposed to in-store pick-up. I was transferred to speak to a customer service representative at Pro-Desk 1. The gentleman was completely disinterested in the call and rapidly transferred me back to the main desk before I could explain my situation. Once I was transferred back to the main desk the line ringed for over 10 minutes with no response.
