The car wash is broken but the business is still taking money for it at the pump! No sign indicating the car was is broken and they will not offer a refund! Also the staff DOES NOT WEAR MASK!!!

This place has the worst car wash I've ever seen. I bought the platinum wash and it barely washed my car at all. I asked for a refund but I was told I could only receive a free wash that is only good for today. So I washed it a second time and once again it barely cleaned the car. One wash anywhere else for the same price does a lot more than two washes at the place. Don't go here!!!

AVOID THIS STATION!!! 641 N Roselle Rd, Roselle, IL 60172nI normally have a great friendship and have no issues at this gas station but this time it really went bad. I bought 2 car washes for 18 dollars. My car was not washed. My sister's car was not washed either. We both put our codes in and it told us to go inside the wash but when we went inside the car wash never started so I argued with the worker which his last name is Patel. He told me he works 2nd shift. He said he can't do anything about it because his manager isn't answering his phone but now what am I suppose to do with the money that went to waste. He should have gave me 2 new codes for free for this problem I had but he wanted me to get ripped off. FIRE THIS GUY!! He is super rude. He walked away when we were arguing and he pointed his middle finger at me. Me and my sister were very disappointed because My sister had a horrible bird poop stain on her car plus it was my birthday so I wanted to treat myself a wash but unfortunately it didn't work about the way I wanted to. FIRE THIS WORKER and AVOID THIS GAS STATION.

Car wash here sucks. Doesn't clean anything, just rubs the dirt / grit over your car leaving your car with stuck on grit that needs clay bar to remove. Avoid this shell station, owner is also very rude and their # on Google is not actually theirs.
