This place was so nice. I really want to commend Dave ( i think that was his name) for being extremely patient waiting for me to pick up my food.nAgain, I just want to apologize for my constant change of pick up time. Staff was nice - especially the gentleman who helped the young lady at the register with my transaction. Not sure if he was the manager on duty last night, but he was very patient and understanding because the apple pay wasn’t working correctly. My one year old enjoyed his kids meal and the place was clean. It was just a bit cold inside, but not a big deal.
I order from this location frequently while at work. I always order from the app and they never mess up my order. The employees are very accurate with order details, friendly and hardworking.
The restaurant has a nice setup and the food there is good. The problem I have is the service. Whenever the food gets served, it’s always for a different table, and I see a different table get my food. Please improve your service.
My favorite here is the Buffalo Chicken Mac (warning: fairly spicy), but as long as you enjoy anything noodly, you are likely to discover your favorite here, too. They have sometimes gotten an order wrong in the past (not recently), but they are really good at dealing with those mistakes, and the service is pretty quick and friendly.
