I've brought dry cleaning and repairs here for many years (at least a decade) and my wife for much longer, and we've always been satisfied with their work. The staff have always been helpful and courteous. Just be aware that if it is promised on a day, they mean by 5 p.m. on that day; if I want something on a given day, I just ask for it the day before, which has never been a problem.
I had them fix the hem on one of my skirts but the hem came undone after only a month. When I took it back to them to fix, they insisted that they were not the ones to fix the hem in the first place even though they looked up my history in their system and saw that they had recently hemmed a skirt for me. I won't be going back.
