I’m pretty upset right now. I brought in a brand new skirt, never tried on, never worn. Taken right out of the package from an online store. When I picked it up I didn’t take a close enough look at the skirt; just hung it up. When I took it out of my garment bag to wear to my surprise—food stain on the belt, snag on the belt, and a stain on the front. Someone from the cleaners HAD TO wear my skirt before I had a chance to wear it!!! The strangest thing was they were trying to convince me that I had either: worn it myself or when I bought it from the store someone must have stained it in the store—even though I purchased it on line. What an insult! If it weren’t so sad it would be funny. Too bad one employee was so thoughtless as to ruin the reputation of a cleaners I’d come to really like. Well, I’ll just have to find another cleaners!
