Warning.nPlease consider the following before you do business with Leaf. February 2021 we needed to have 4 of our carpets cleaned. They charge by the room and the living area was big so they charged it as two. All very fair and the tech who came out was pleasant.n2 of the rooms were great when finished. But our living room, which had a light soil from wear, had a 20-foot by 4-foot stained path across the rug when they were done. The rug is wool and it appears to me they used the wrong chemicals and it ruined the rug by over-scrubbing the path, making it worse, and dying the carpet a different color. I have called the owner or manager, Ryan, 20 times (no exaggeration) and to this day he will not return my call. I not only don't recommend them I would warn you to recommend others NOT to use them. They not only ruined our carpet. They refuse to even pick up a call to make it right. I have never experienced this with anyone in Oak Park before.

Leaf Carpet Cleaning Services were very professional. I had 2 large area rugs cleaned by them and I was very satisfied! I didn't want the rugs cleaned in the house because we have laminate floors and didn't want damp rugs on them. Leaf Carpet Cleaning Services came and got them and delivered them when they said they would and I even got them back early! I highly recommend Leaf Carpet Cleaning Services!!!

I just had my carpets cleaned and I was very impressed with the quality of service and fair price. They removed stains that no other service was able to get out. They also cleaned my couch and it looks great. Leaf Carpet Cleaning Services are very knowledgeable and reliable. I would definitely recommend them.

This company is accomplished. We have had several rooms of carpet cleaned by them in our home and also sent them a large area rug to clean at their facility. Customer service via phone and in person are great. Delivery staff made sure it was placed just right and they were also very courteous. Totally satisfied with both jobs and with the prices.
