I moved recently and didn't realize until now how spoiled I was at this dry cleaners. Here are some of the highlights:n1. If I needed my clothes back with a quick turnaround time (which was more often then I would like to admit), they always accommodated me with no mistakesn2. They never lost 1 article of clothing that I brought to them in over 5 years.n3. They have a standing customer appreciation discount Tuesday (I believe it's 10% or 20% off anything you bring in)n4. They give you a small present during the holidays every year -- it's a really nice touch that shows appreciation for their customer basen5. Most importantly (which I'm finding to be a huge issue in my new location that is driving me crazy), they don't write your name with permanent marker on your shirts for laundered service!nnThank you for quality service and multiple accommodations throughout the years!
