Did not have the 5 gallon Thompson deck sealet.
This store can be great but the store staff personally needs more training in customer service. How to talk customers when asked direct questions concerning store products, availability as well talking to customers in general. The few that do don't make up for the ones who lack simple Customer service skills.
Ideal place to buy home essentials but when I arrive at the cashier and after I finish paying, the only option for getting your receipt is a paper print out, which is okay but the option to get my receipt through email is not possible. The customer service desk area for all returns has two machines available for customers that misplaced their receipt or didn’t save it, at this machine you can simply insert your debit card and it will bring up all your receipts. You can select the one that applies to your return and then show it to one of the cashiers there at the returns area. The last time I was there, the machine wasn’t printing receipts. Therefore, I had to ask the cashier, her suggestion was to take a photo of the machine’s screen and bring that up to her. I was able to make the return thanks to this machine and the customer service that was provided. Menards needs to upgrade by providing the option of emailing receipts. Menards also needs to start stocking up on printing paper for those that still need it.
Very nice. I wanted to buy a lamp shade that did not have a price. Two people dropped everything to help me. They were very nice and friendly, and I really appreciated it.
Received an email that my order of 1000 bullnose subway tiles is ready to pick up. I drove 40 minutes to the store to find out that they do not have tiles. Per manager this email does not mean anything because an order may be on the truck or in shipment. Not good procedures for fulfillment of orders. Manager was helpful and trying to help but it did not resolve the problem.
