Would give it zero stars for lack of common sense customer service. Placed an order online to be picked up an hour later. When picking up order the employee has not made my order and says they were out of the bread I wanted. Drove there for nothing. when filling out online order you enter your phone number. A simple call asking if a substitution is available would have been nice. First time customer at this location and last. First impressions matter.

This is the WORST restaurant I have been to in years. The 2 indian males (1 older, 1 young) are EXTREMELY rude. The young male has a big attitude. He acts like you are disturbing him and answers you with an attitude and you can hardly understand what he is saying. It is the closest Subeay to my home but I will be driving to a different one because these peoplw do not deserve to run anything that has to deal with people. Nasty people. I hope instant karma pays them a visit real soon you are both disgusting jerks!

Worker was coughing up a storm and place was full of people not wearing there masks right. Workers there are very difficult to communicate with and messed up several requests.nnDefinitely avoiding this location

Subway used to be decent, like decades ago but these days you walk in there and the (most likely to be) east indian owners are forced to scrimp on the ingredients (they have to try to squeeze a profit from each sandwich as much as possible, and I don't blame them) so much that you feel like you're eating a bread sandwich with a bunch of lettuce and half stale thin tomatos. Can't get a whole lot of meat on these sandwiches nor cheese.. you get a slimmed down bread sandwich and it's still overpriced! A bad business model, as it is a bad deal for franchise owners and customers alike. Then you find another franchise just down the street and your feel for both of the owners coz they're forced to compete with one another just two blocks apart.. what a crazy and strange business model.
