Great service here. April was great! I had a large order for multiple people & she handled it with ease and excellent customer service. It was late at night, but she was incredibly friendly and professional. When I got home & handed out the order to everyone, there were no errors at all. Everything was perfect & everyone was happy with their food. Thank you April for making our experience so easy!!

They miss items in your order. I hate it when you place a order online, put in specific instructions and they miss putting all things on your order. Either they will miss adding sauces or they will miss adding a taco! Like when people are doing more pick up’s this is not the service you should be providing your customers. Continue this way and get yourself out of business in future

HORRIBLE customer service from Esperanza this morning. Went at 10am to get some breakfast, the lunch menu was up, and when I asked what kind of breakfast burritos they had, she sighed and gave me an attitude screaming at me asking what we like. Consistently closes 25-45 minutes before their listed closing time. Twice in the past two weeks they have shut off the lights to the restaurant and the drive-thru as I was sitting at the speaker box. I can safely say over the past year they have probably lost $250 (or more) of my business because they cannot or will not remain open until their agreed upon time.nnGo to the Burger King down the street. Much better service, solid food and it's very clear that Burger King's night shift manager actually gives a damn about their job and restaurant.
