IDK why Kely has 3 stars, went in with a nice leather jacket that needed new interior lining, it had inner pockets so it made it more of a hassle job. I got quoted $150 at 2 places, and then went to Kely and he quoted me $65! He even took time with me to detail the job and to show me the inner fabric he would use (which was nicer than the one in the jacket!). It was during the holidays so I told him to take his time with it, and 3 weeks later after not hearing from them, went in and the jacket was ready. I can't even give a star less for forgetting to call me when it was ready, maybe on more traditional stuff Kely would give you a timeline, mine was more so, I'll see you when I see you. For the price and quality of the work and the hospitable business owner, I have to praise it with 5 stars. Would recommend.

Kely does a great job, is reasonably priced, and always friendly and accommodating. His cleaning is excellent and always done promptly.

Amazing service always get my cleaners laundered and dry clean. They updated their system and have better customer service now as well as a new green cleaning dry clean machine that’s better for the environment

Used them a few times.... Did great on my clothes so I decided to let them clean my tennis. They can back damaged and not in the the condition I gave them. Called the owner the same day. I went in the next day to show the damage. I haven’t even had the tennis shoes 2 months. He asked me to give him a week tonfix it. This was last week! I walk in today and he tells me he hasn’t had time. I said but it’s been 6 days. So obviously customer service isn’t there primary focus. He stated he needs more time to consult others on how to fix the mistake. I thought he was the professional. So I get charged to not only get my items damaged but to receive no compensation?! After telling him I wanted them repaired so I can wear them. He tells me to take them. I feel like I just got played. But I’m going to bring him the receipt for my shoes he admitted to damaging and see what he does...
