It was an excellent experience working with Prime Carpet Cleaning Services! The company is extremely organized and clear - text messages and email confirmations were great! The technician that came to our house and he was awesome to work with. We had house cleaners come the same day and was beyond accommodating and helpful. This was much appreciated given that I'm seven months pregnant! They look fresh, stains came out and there was no chemical smell during or after the clean.
Mark and his staff notified me when they were on their way and arrived promptly. I had carpets and floor tile cleaned. Was amazed at their ability to clean the grout lines in the tile so well. He also spot cleaned an old stain from a dining room chair. It didn't come out completely but faded to where it was barely noticeable. Very impressed with their work.Am grateful for using Prime Carpet Cleaning Services .
Very pleased with their work. I bought a house in which the previous owner had a dog. There was a lot of hair on the carpet. Prime Carpet Cleaning Services performed their work and said if after a vacuum if there is still dog hair call us back. There was dog hair still and they came back no problem and redid the carpets again 3 times over. They really just wanted me the customer to be happy and that’s what they did which I really appreciate.
Just had Mark clean my entire downstairs after having had a wedding here last weekend and am marveling over the fantastic job he did!!! Wish I had done a before and after to post. He even did area rugs on back porches and they look like new again!!! Prime Carpet Cleaning Services is professional and detail oriented and i highly recommend this company. Top notch!
