Fantastic Local cleaner. It is in the neighborhood so is convenient, but I also find the service and prices to be great. Personally I've never had an issue, of course that doesn't mean others did not.
The owner was charging me $1-2 more per garment than her price list. When I confronted her about it, she blew up in my face. I’d understand if it was periodic based on the nature of the clothing, but it’s always more than the price list. I highly discourage anyone from doing business here.nnBeware: If you use their service, be sure to compare what you’re being charged to the list that is hiding on the wall. So shady
I have been using Swan Lake for about 7 years without fail. They are friendly, always recognize me, always get my shirts done as I prefer, on time, and they handle alterations flawlessly. Prices are very reasonable. Hours are convenient - open Sat. Love this place.
