Very rude service, laughing in your face, when you try to point out the stains that you prepaid for, but did not come out at all. If I don't do my job well, I don't get paid. We are supposed to prepay, not knowing the result, and in most cases, they can't remove those stains (80% of time for us). It wouldn't be so bad, if they were nice about it at least. However, we received very poor customer service and attitude from them. Will never be returning and do not recommend it to anyone.
Seeing reviews about bad service...I've been going there for about 5 years or so, I've never received bad service nor have I witnessed anyone else. They are efficient and always courteous to me. I've also had good results with their in house seamstress for alterations.
Friendly staff, fast service, uses environmental clean products and my clothes always come back clean.
All buttons on my blouse were damaged after cleaning, and they said it was manufacturers problems.
The seamstress, Jung, is the best!!!!!!! And this place is great, I take everything here
