I took my 16 year old daughter to get her hair trimmed, and according to my receipt, she ended up in the chair with Bobbie. My daughter asked for very light framing along her face (like she already had) and instead of blending it in, Bobbie essentially cut straight layers into the front of her hair! Bobbie told her if she didn't like something that it was guaranteed and she could come back in. But my daughter was in tears and too afraid of getting her hair butchered even further to actually go back in and have the same person try to fix it! Shame on me for ever letting anyone other than our regular stylists touch her hair!
Great haircut, I just wish I would have remembered to ask her to go shorter.
Hair cut was great and the barber was very friendly, efficient, and skilled.
Masks are required. The only thing I had to touch was the door knob to get in.
It wasn't very busy when I was there. There was one person who came before me and one person who is waiting after me.
The hairstylist Emily is very gentle and patient with our 3yr old and 14mo old . She does a great job and takes her time.
The lady who cut my hair was top-notch really made me feel welcome and appreciated
