THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, OVERPRICED CLEANERS! THE MAN WHO WAS THERE WHEN I PICKED UP MY ITEMS ON 12/15/2020 WAS RUDE, UNEDUCATED, LAZY, HAD NO IDEA, DIDNT CARE, COULD NOT FIND MY ITEMS, OVERCHARGED ME AND WAS BLUNT AND VERY HOSTILE. HE IS AGGRESSIVE AND ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND NOT THE CUSTOMER. THE QUALITY OF MY ITEMS ARE POOR AND LOOK WORSE THAN WHEN I BROUGHT THEM IN. THIS LOCATION WILL NEVER CALL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW YOUR ITEMS ARE READY. THIS MAN AND LOCATION IS SAD AND I WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME HERE! I WILL ALSO LET THE THOUSANDS OF OTHER PEOPLE I KNOW TO RUN FAR FROM THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THIS MAN WILL OVERCHARGE YOU, DISRESPECT YOU AND NOT APPRECIATE YOU! SO SAD THIS PLACE!!!!

Great customer service and reasonable price
Service is mediocre but fast.
Owner is super friendly and nice. We had a stain in my husbands suit jacket. It was coffee on a silk lining; star cleaners was able to get it out. You need to point out all stains before dropping your items off. The store is very clean and the service is very professional. Highly recommend.
