Jonathan and Veronica were great!!! Due to a medical emergency, I thought the carpet at my mother-in-law's house was beyond salvaging. They were miracle workers. The carpet looks great. I am so happy with their promptness, communication with me at every step and the terrific job they did. I would (and will) recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service.
Highly excellent service from the initial phone call to mitigation to execution of damage control! We felt like we were treated with dignity and thoroughly walked through every step of the process. Galilea and Guillermo were polite, professional, knowledgeable and legitimately put us at ease. A stark contrast from the company we previously worked with and fired.
