Long story short, I’ve been coming to this place for years almost a decade and never were issues big ones anyway. There may have been an issue whereas a dryer or washer was malfunction and I was compensated for it. But never even was there an issue on this place having and excellent staff and well clean kept place as if were at home doing my laundry. However I wish I could still say the same but I can’t for the last past year. These two ladies that aren’t even fairly new used to keep the place nice when it was monitored by the older staff now all they do is wait until the end of the shift to clean the place up. That isn’t good because of COVID-19 and all you’d think they would be managing better than ever but not. I moved 15 min away from this place and still travel to come here because it’s the place to go if you want to be in and out , clean and kept. I hate to say not anymore but I hope that changes. I can’t contact anyone about this place. I tried calling another place but they didn’t pick up the phone on 18th street, so I wrote to the kangaroo Corp. If and when the condition and status of the attitude of the attendants change here I WILL HAPPILY WRITE ABOUT HOW THIS PLACE IS BACK TO WHAT IT USED TO BE.

1. Machines take entirely too long to wash... 30 minutes for a medium load?n2. place is crowded and not user friendly there should be signs posted to indicate where washer loads and change station is located.n3. clothing was not clean enough to my liking compared to other laundromatsn4. a bit pricy

Drop off service is awesome dryers get very hot and plenty of washers
