I had a very good experience at Great Clips. I didn't have to wait very long and loved my haircut. They were friendly and sent me home with a cute haircut and a coupon to come back. It was very clean too!
The five stars is for Jen not Great clips or the regional managers. I've been going to Great clips for the past 5+ years since i moved to Utah && I've never written a review about it, but i can personally say that she is the best sylist to go too everytime! 10/10 very profesional and good quality. Full credit goes all to her && they need more people like her.
Come in at 8:30 am to ensure we're the only customers. Greeted by a friendly, professional stylist after our online check in.
A severely overweight brunette stylist come to the counter not wearing a mask. When asked to put on her mask she belligerently replies, "I'm more than six feet away from you."
We left. Stylists ignoring Salt Lake Counties mask ordinance and the Great Clips own posted policies is unacceptable, subject to Health Department enforcement actions. Obese individuals are most at risk of infection & transmission. Social distancing is effective when used WITH A MASK. Then to rudely express contempt for a reasonable, polite request; this is a problem stylist.
Jesse is the best! The location is clean with all Covid precautions taken very seriously. Highly recommend.
I thought I had checked in on line but for some reason they didnt have me scheduled. So for a walk in they were able to get me in right away. Loved my haircut. My stylist was leaving but I got her card and will be following her. I had my hair cut by a student at the Paul Mitchell school a few years back. Best haircut I have ever had. The student left and the school wouldn't or couldn't tell me where she left to. I have been searching for a stylist since. I have had some really bad cuts over time. This haircut at Great Clips was the best I have had since.
