Employees couldn't careless that I was there and waiting in line. Someone they knew came thru the door and they waited on him immediately. Waited 20 min and walked out. Went to ACE and was waited on with awesome customer service. Wont be back !
Nice commercials lousy company. It took 3 deliveries to get my one order after they forgot parts. Then wanted me to pick it up at a different store because thats where they delivered it. Then they wanted to charge me a delivery fee for something I already paid for. They when I complained they hung up on me. Very disappointed for a local store that should pride themselves on customer service. Would not recommend at all.
Greg was great. I needed some deck boards cut and delivered and he drove them over on a Saturday and completely helped us out. He is a class act.
