What's the point? I always try to support local businesses, but I will never waste another minute at this place. All I wanted was a pump style sprayer; should be in and out and be done with it. Not so much...nnSince I live in a rural area, I have two options: 1. Drive 30 minutes (round trip) to Lanark. 2. Drive 60 minutes to Menards in Freeport. Unfortunately, I chose this place. I bought a sprayer and took it home only to discover that it was missing a retaining nut. I tried to return it but they close on weekdays at 5pm (4 hours before Menards.) So that's two trips so far.nI work until 5 so my retired father offered to go for me. He exchanged the sprayer and, you guessed it, this time it was missing a large o-ring making it impossible to hold any pressure. He will take the 4th and final trip there tomorrow to get my money back, I hope.nnShould I spend four hours driving with loads of irritation to help a local business or a one hour trip to a big box store? Going forward, the decision is simple. I tried, they need to try harder...nnUpdate: I returned for lumber and the guys in back were very helpful. I changed my rating to 3 from 1.
