Great food but subs are shrinking and the prices rising.
The top of the list of subs shops here in Springfield, IL. What the others promise Monty's delivers and never disappoints. So much so I eat the same sandwich everytime I go. Gobbler on French w/ everything heated. Soups I'd say are the only hit or miss item but that is just a matter of taste for the available flavors.
Wow! Delicious! Stopped by on a friend's recommendation while we were in town. The Italian was great. Will definitely be back when we're in Springfield again.
People are nice, but the food is often wrong. Who doesn't love a good $7 sandwich they don't like? Maybe the tunes are too loud or the staff is just too under the influence.
