Food was pretty good. Maybe a tad pricey for what you get. Inside was set up for social distancing for dine in and masks are required per sign on door.
I've worked for this company before and in this specific location, and if you are looking for a healthy alternative, or for some good noodles to eat for lunch or dinner, I would definitely recommend coming here. Hardly ever do they mess up orders, and service is pretty quick for a restaurant!!
There are several dishes that I love, but Noodles has seemed more chaotic than other local restaurants during the pandemic. My biggest problem is that they are not upfront about their hours (or even whether they’re open or closed.) Tonight was a new frustration. I entered my order, hit pay, and THEN the app told me it was “too late to order.” I don’t know, but 1:15 before their stated closing time seems a bit excessive given the type of restaurant it is. I mean, they’re not preparing a filet mignon with béarnaise sauce and baked Alaska. The onus is on me to get there by 9 if I order at 7:45. But okay, never mind that. Just PLEASE, as soon as we open the app, give us a big fat notice that you aren’t accepting orders to save me having to click “remove mushrooms,” “remove broccoli” etc for the pickier members of my family. Thanks. I feel better so I rated them a 4 for their food.
