Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The hamburgers weren't that great, at least not for a $15 Burger. IHOP's are better. The salmon I had was dried out and overcooked, very fishy. The lemons in my drink were so old that when you tried to squeeze the juice out of them the rinds turned to mush, an indication that the lemons were old and should have been thrown out. Their iced tea isn't anything but colored water! Frankly it was a very disappointing meal for a lot of money. We wouldn't go back there again nor would we recommend it. Sorry, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in ages! The only thing that made it a good meal was our server who was very friendly and cheerful.

We haven't eaten here for about a year and a half due to bad service. During our experience this time we had good service, however, the food was poor quality.nMy wife's soup was room temperature and my hamburger was way over cooked especially since it was ordered as medium rare and was accompanied by room temperature fries.nSave your money and go to your favorite fast food business if your food isn't right from there you're only be out half the amount.nIn short, We will not go back.

The service was good but the food was only so-so. I ordered the same thing I normally order and it was just wasn't good. The clam chowder tasted like it was sitting in a can for long time. My son ordered the grilled chicken. He said it was like chewing water because it had no flavor. We love Red Robin and will definitely go again. Just maybe not this one.

Absolutely delicious. My wife does not like cheeseburgers and she asks to go here on a regular basis. Will definitely go back.

We waited all this time to be able to go out to have a family dinner. It cost us $50 just to get there, the adult burgers were great as well as our first drinks. We were sat at a wet dirty table, had to pick off the excess pieces of food that were left by the rag that was used to clean our table, if you can say it was clean. We do not receive silverware and or napkins until one of our appetizers came out, the second one came out 5 minutes later, there was grease in the bowl and I wish I would have taken pictures it was so much oil on the pickells they were just quite disgusting and upset my son stomach after we left. Our first drinks were amazing but the second ones was just basically almost straight alcohol and we could not even drink them! Had to constantly ask for refills for the kids. No extra fries were even offered and my granddaughter could not even eat her Burger as it was dry and just, well it was just disgusting. Didn't even have the toppings that she asked for! The all-around visit just was so frustrating! Then they offer me a $20 gift certificate for my next visit! Next visit?! You think I want to come back!? If you're going to reopen, reopen properly. Make sure your restaurant is clean! And make sure the service is good! If you don't have enough servers then don't open so many parts of the restaurant! All around I wish I could just use 0 stars for my review. If you're going to reopen, reopen properly. But with that being said, the three adult Burgers we did have were delicious! But I think they're more interested in filling the kids up with french fries then actually feeding them. Doubt if I'll be coming back if this is not fixed properly. $103 plus a $30 tip was too much, and to add $50 transportation fee! That's almost $200 to be unsatisfied. We don't have money to be spending like that and I am so ashamed. I was a server for most of my life and I saw the stress on the server's face has she tried to be friendly and kind. I do not hold any of these things against my server. I blame the management for not managing properly and our server was so stressed but was super kind. She was trying to do her best with what she had to work with. Take better care of your servers & your employees so that they can take better care of the customers who are the reason that you're open in the first place.
