Delicious as usual and workers seem to be in a good mood. They were speedy and worked great together to take care of lunch rush..... and those white macadamia cookies 5 star as always!!

Both young women behind the counter wore their masks below their noses. One pulled her mask up when I requested she pull it up. But then she pulled it down as we exited. Glad there are other Subways in town. Stopped there about 11:20 this morning. St. Clair County Health Department will be notified.

So we ordered 2 sandwiches online. My sandwich was a cold cut with just American cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. If I could show you the sandwich that I received, you would understand why I'm giving them 1 star. I was going to go back to the store to have them fix it so I called at 8:47. I called 25 times. No answer each time. I got there around 8:52 and the girl that was there in uniform was there with another guy in uniform and another guy not in uniform. They ran to the back when I pulled up. When I knocked on the door, they began to make jokes and refused to get a manager (it was late, I get it). There was no apology or anything. I understand mistakes happen, but mistakes this bad can tarnish a reputation beyond repair. I wil update this after we speak to the manager who I hope would not condone such behavior or business practices but it seems like this has been going on for a while with their online ordering.
