Got two laundry baskets stolen, we were able to verify this from the surveillance camera but the guy there said he can’t help it. Washers aren’t that great either. They’re just ok.
A decent sized laundromat with machines that work well and are fixed quickly if they go down.

Went to drop my comforter off at Pine Tree Laundramat in O’Fallon. Walked in, the attendant was sitting having lunch, I asked if I could drop off and she mumbled “she was eating “ but she sat her food down and came around with no mask on, and when I told her what I was dropping off, I also reminded her it was the same type of comforter she had ruined the last time I took it there(this was the replacement one I had rebought). Your thinking ud83eudd14 why am I taking it back there but the first time I took it there a different attendant (Mary Lyn) took care of it with no problem. When I reminded her of the last time she refused to take it. If you read the reviews on this place they are pretty decent and many comments on a friendly staff so lesson learned, do not interfere with Judy’s lunch time, things will not go well. Won’t be patronizing again.
If one needs like oversized item/s, like duvets or comforter/s it's ideal. Just make sure to bring Clorox wipes. Not the cleanest of laundromats.nReasonably priced too!
