An old reliable Pittsfield favourite. Have been using this place for years and love it. just a nice simple no frills place to do your wash. I'm always happy to come here

This is a WONDERFUL place to stop! My family and I were traveling and our son had an accident in his car seat. Needless to say, we had to find a laundromat and this was the closest one off the main highway for us. The location was very clean and the attendant SO SWEET and HELPFUL!! We walked over to a nearby coffee house ( Watson cafe) and had a delicious lunch and talked to Kim who gave us the history of the historic hotel (Watson Hotel) that the cafe was adjoined to. Seriously, so glad we stopped in this charming and history rich town. We would highly recommend visiting even if you do not have laundry needs! :)

The owner that lives out of town does not take care of this place at all. Machines jam because he won’t come empty the change. More than 10 machines are always broke and it is so dirty all of the time! Very poorly maintained and definitely needs a lot of repairs, cleaning and a complete overhaul of machines (they need fixed and cleaned as many of the smell terrible). The maintenance guy is very nice but is limited in what he can do! The owner needs to step up!

$2.25 per wash in a standard washing machine, $.25 per 6 minutes in old dryers. Most the machines didn't work good and lots of machines were out of order. Not good seating and poor ventilation. Not a good laundry mat and we would not use this place again.
