We brought our super soft comforter here to wash and dry before we had out of town guests. The lady working made multiple comments “how soft it was”. When we came back to pick it up it was in a large plastic bag. Upon getting it home and out of the bag we quickly realized it was fried. Our blanket was hard essentially burnt. We went back and got a run around about getting in touch with the owner. He wouldn’t return our calls so we went up to the store one evening and he refused to give us any form of a refund. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Told us there was nothing he could do. Please save yourself the time and trouble and do not take your stuff here. They clearly don’t care about their customers.
The worker here is awful and rude... she was talking about people and their laundry that she was doing very loudly... I asked her to change a 20 dollar bill and she didnt have change and was super rude about it! Had to go next door to get change for a laundry mat!!! Plus she has some man with her who is super rude! I think who ever owns this place needs to take peek in here on their employees more often!
Awesome place. Great people. I don’t have a washer dryer yet. Will wash/dry my stuff for $1/lb.
