Absolutely horrible. Sent them two coats. First one came back fast. My leather was apparently sent out. I get a call weeks ago saying my coat is in. Went to pick it up and it wasn't my coat. No apologies, no idea when it will be in. The owner calls me and says sorry and she will get it moved up and done faster. I call today and the lady says it has been in since Saturday. No one let me know. Absolutely will NEVER use them again

My very first experience with any dry cleaner and it was exceptional. I easily reached them with questions via phone call. They were professional, reasonably priced, and quick! I had my cleaning finished in a day, which was quicker than they'd estimated.

Terrible service. I will go back to American cleaners. I dropped off my dry cleaning for the first time since I recently moved into the area. I was told to print out the coupons and bring them in when I picked up my clothes. I went out of my way to print out the coupons and went to pick up my laundry. However, I was told they could not honor the coupons because I did not bring them in when dropping off the laundry. I explained to the lady (I think her name was Michelle) what I had been told bit she refused to honor the coupon and pointed to a signage which was posted with a multitude of other signage. She had a bad attitude and people like her should not be in customer service.nnI spend about $30-$40 on dry cleaning every week. I will take my business somewhere else that values me as a customer.
