Buffalo Wild Wings

It’s so disappointing that this restaurant can’t get one order correct. It’s not that hard. They really need to work on getting their orders right. Don’t expect them to get anything right. Really chili con queso dip with or the chili? A sandwich given without the bun? Come on. This place is terrible.

The policy of “bringing food out as it’s done” was horrible in our experience. We were a table of 6.... the first orders placed (which were the exact same as the other orders..... wings and exact same sauce) came out 15 minutes after the rest of the table..... everyone else was done eating. The wings literally had feathers on them..... not small hairs, but entire feathers. The wings had little to no sauce and were dry to the bone. We asked multiple times just to get silverware. Then we got half orders. Our fries came out 10 minutes later..... so by the time all of our food was served it was 25 minutes from first meal to everyone getting their food.

Dylan was our server and he did an awesome job! No issues with the service. DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY they have a new policy of Bringing food out as it is done. Each persons food came out separate, by the time the next persons food came out the person before them was already done eating. What is the point of going out to eat as a family if each person eats separately and watches each other eat? Lastly we ordered a family fries and it came out last how does this make any sense?

So good. Taylor was great. Great first impression. That was my first time at a buffalo wild wings. I will definitely be back.
