Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Had a 15 minute wait at 2 in the afternoon. There were several dirty tables around us. Set us at a table that wobbled. Didn't ask if putting us on high stools was ok... it wasn't. The burger was good, but the fries were warm. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. Will definitely be awhile before I go back.

Called in the order as I driving into town- they timed it perfectly: food was hot and ready to go at the time we arrived. Tasted delicious! Highly recommend!

Speedy service, friendly service. I guess my big disappointment was that today was my first time ever eating at Red Robin and although my food was good it was literally the same size as my daughters from the kids menu. Usually if I’m wasting time and money going out to eat I like to leave full.

We were there around 3pm on a Saturday. Wasn't really busy but did take 10 minutes to be seated due to cleaning which is understandable. The waiter was really good and the food was good as well.

Always have good food and service but this time tried to call in an order and it's so frustrating dealing with automated phone systems. They make it way more difficult than it needs to be. Should be able to call and get ahold of someone and place an order in a few minutes. Not spend 5 minutes messing around with a automated system only to get disconnected before you're finished ordering. Just venting a little about a frustrating process for a simple procedure.
