The guys at ServiceMaster did an amazing job getting all the water sucked out of our carpet and getting everything dried out including our walls. We found the water and they responded after hours to my phone call, and showed up first thing the next morning. Their daily check-ins and updates kept us at ease. They worked well with our insurance company and us. The gals we talked to in the office as well were super responsive and helpful! I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend using ServiceMaster!!!

Scott and crew were very responsive to my needs and came right out. I had a water heater leak and flooded a portion of our basement. Carpet had to be pulled up and the carpet pad had to be removed. All employees were professional through out the whole experience. Any questions I had they took the time to answer and kept me informed of the plan and progress. The job actually was done ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company!!

Service Master was very prompt arriving at my house after they were notified I had an issue. They did a great job moving everything and removing my carpet. Everything had to be moved and they were careful with everything. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for doing a great job.

I had a toilet overflow into my hallway and into my basement. The team arrived when they told me the would. I was leaving town for Christmas with family. They were very clear and descriptive of what was going to happen and clear on the timeframes. They were able to take care of the situation even when I was gone. I am very thankful for the work they had done and now they will be cleaning the carpets so we can move on from this challenging situation.
