Silverstar Car Wash

Its pretty nice and quick, I like the vacuums but one of the vacuum stations don't work very well. It bends our lisence plates really badly. It literally makes them look like a tri-folding brochure. The customer service is okay some days, but one of the guy who tells you to pull up to the belt is pretty rude.

People who work there have poor customer service skills. All it takes is for a couple of employees to bring the whole entire organization down. I won't be returning.

It has 4 different plans for unlimited washing for the month. It has a good system and on hand staff. Many car washes these days are automated so a personal touch is nice.

Only complaint is it bends my license plate. I have the membership and its awesome to just go whenever you want

For $30 I expect a clean vehicle. There were several spots on my truck that didn't get wiped let alone cleaned. I will share this information with anyone who will listen
