Rocket Auto Wash by Silverstar

Really gone downhill since Silverstar took over. Service was poor. People sat in my vehicle on their phones instead of cleaning the interior. I had to clean it myself the next day. They say 100% satisfaction but people are on schedules and don't have the time have their vehicle redone 3 times to get it right. The building looks empty. The inside is no longer inviting. I will be using Hamilton Touchless from now on and cleaning the interior myself. At least it'll get done right that way.

They would not accept my Rocket Auto Wash gift card with a $75 balance on it as they were bought out by Silverstar. My husband bought another $100 gift card for Silverstar for Christmas 2021but wanted to use the old one first. The manager told me I was out of luck and that I could email Silverstar, however, did not provide email or number. I was told I could find it on their website. I guess I can do the work if I want them to honor something they have already been paid for. So much for buying local. Faithful Rocket Auto wash customer for years. Will not use Silverstar either if this is how they deal with customers.

I’ve used Rocket for many years but lately its really gone downhill. Today they washed & vacuumed my vehicle it looked good when i left. Unfortunately after it had time to dry I noticed many missed spots. Then I noticed one of my floor mats hadn’t been replaced into the vehicle. After talking to someone on the phone I got an apology and to come pick it up . Problem i live over a hour away she said im sorry we’ll hold it for you until you come back. No compensation for lost time or money to drive all the way back real nice.

They remodeled and upgraded EVERYTHING! Love this place great customer service and the price for what you get amazing! They also have a monthly subscription which you can wash your car as much as u want! Will always recommend this place!

Need more employees to operate the 3 lines, especially on a sunny beautiful day! The 2 gents that are working the vacuums should probably stop dragging their feet, we’d all get through faster.
