Absolutely amazing! Our living room carpet hadn't been cleaned since it was new (5 years) and Shane did a fabulous job cleaning it. He was also helpful with tips on buying the right vacuum! I would highly recommend him for your all your carpet cleaning needs!!

After excessive rain and a failed sump pump, water soaked the downstairs carpet. Called a major brand company for assistance, the service was totally unsatisfactory as the result was a lingering odor and a large bill. I called Crystal Clean and Shayne responded immediately, had all of the equipment, and worked tirelessly to resolve the problem.
