Nice place to visit however it was not clean inside. There are a few rooms upstairs where the floors are covered with dead flies. In another room there were old cob webs. You can tell the cleaning has not been done for along time.
It was an okay self guided tour. House is kept up fairly well as well as the artifacts on display. It is a must see if you are into BBill and can relate his Scouts Rest Ranch at North Platte NE and Cody Museum at Cody WY.
It was amazing. Great place to teach the kids our history. Only $2 for anyone over 16. Can't beat that
Bill cody only lived here a few years when young. But is a interesting site.
Self guided. Not much history to go on besides the one laminated sheet you are given at the beginning of your house tour. I wish there was more info about Buffalo Bill at his homestead.
