Jets provides the laundry machines at our apartment complex. After one month of using them, we started noticing our clothes STUNK. We had never had this problem before. After trying several different laundry detergents, we realized it was the washing machine. It just does not get clothes clean! We now have to take our clothes off site because the machines clearly don’t clean our clothes well enough. I will never again rent from an apartment that uses Jetz because their machines are the worst quality! We almost had to start throwing our clothes away because they had gotten so gross before we figured out what the issue was. I still can’t believe apartment complexes use this service— horrible horrible horrible!!!

If I could rate Jetz zero stars, I would. They provide washers and dryers to the apartment complex and it has been VERY hit or miss.nnOne building has had a busted dryer, and 2 months later they have still not come fix them after being notified properly three separate times. And when the machines do work, give it a week and the dryers are back to taking two cycles to properly dry a medium load on the high setting.nnExtremely frustrating.

Best customer service I have ever experienced, consistently! When I call they are always helpful and friendly. My dryer has broken down a few times in the 6 years I rented from them, and every single time they have been out to fix it within the week. There have also been times they just gave me a brand new dryer. This company is fantastic.

Really nice and helpful customer service. My dryer's lint trap started to rust. When I informed them of this they sent me a replacement expedited shipping. They stand behind their products and are more than happy to help anyway they can.

Every time a Machine breaks down it takes up to 2 Months to get it repaired. A Washer is currently broke and notified Jetz back in Aug. They came out within a couple days evidently to collect the money from the machines and put Out of Order notes on the Washer .. left and never came back. Its been over a Month now. Contacted them again a couple weeks ago - makes No difference. They lie to you on the phone. Horrible company.
