Clean Getaway Express Tunnel Wash

We have gone twice in a row now and paid $18 for the ultimate wash, it didn’t give us a receipt, and when we went through for our wash, we were given a basic wash. The light blinking even indicated it was basic. The last time we went which was today, again paid for the ultimate wash and were about to get a deluxe wash which is not what we paid for, until my husband rolled down the window to tell the guy. Great place and they do a great job, but we shouldn’t have to watch it like a hawk to get what we paid for.

I've had a lot of good previous experiences at this car wash. With that said I want to bring your attention my recent visit which was today. I paid for the $18 car wash. The guys at the beginning didn't exactly wash my truck off and then waved me through. The different colored soaps that usually go on my vehicle didn't go on my vehicle this time. Then at the end I heard a loud bang like something hit my vehicle. Can't identify where it hit the vehicle.

I'd give it 5 stars if my truck was dryer at the end. There was still a lot of water and as we know when water dries it leaves water spots and it if you are going to have water spots... Why wash it. I like the included vacuum... They have LOADS of suction!

Don't see what the fuss is about. Went here and paid more for a wash that I could have gotten at Miracle for less. Plus at Miracle, they clean your windows and vacuum your car for you. I dislike the kiosk system that you use to pay for your car wash, you feel rushed with the car pileup behind you and the packages do not really give you a good understanding of what you are paying for. We lost yet another space that could have been a restaurant or something more useful, yet we just get another dumb car wash... ugh...

I would not pay for this wash. I got the free car wash they’re giving out today and it hardly cleaned the vehicle. The dryers also didn’t set my car hardly at all so there are spots everywhere. The only good part is the vacuums outside.
