Did excellent job on my vehicle!

I recently had the seat cleaning service. They did an awesome job on our light grey/white fabric seats. Included with this service was a complete car wash. Our car was sparkling clean inside and out when we picked it up. Great job! I would definitely use this service again!

Frustrating! I am in a monthly plan for exterior/interior cleaning. Yesterday I received my receipt with a $7.95 charge. I questioned that and was given an apology for the error at the counter. Unfortunately, that did not get relayed to the interior cleaners, so no cleaning of windows, dash, etc. Also, another thing that annoys me is that the back hatch is never opened and wiped down. I don't want soap and excess water sitting around that area. I open that hatch before leaving every time! I hate to post negative comments and hopefully I won't need to again.

I pay a monthly fee 20.00 and can go as many times as I want.Before I wouldn't go very often I would keep putting it off.My car so clean now and I know it's better for my car too i get all that salt and grime off.
