If there was an option for NEGATIVE stars on this review, that is what I would use...the cleaning job was HORRIBLE! I brought in a jacket that had soiled cuffs and pointed it out to the clerk as I was dropping it off. I was told that it would be taken care of in the cleaning process. I picked up the jacket today and ALL THE STAINS WERE STILL THERE! It looked as if nothing had been done to clean this jacket other than put it in a plastic bag with the invoice attached to the hanger. Can't get my money back - can only get a free follow up cleaning - what a rip off!!
