I have never gone there but it seems like if you really want your nails keep looking good then you will have to say something, and by doing so you can make it clear for yourself, you like or you dont. And so you speak for others. Because sometimes they only offer, you have to choose to make you feel comfortable. They learn from you and you learn from them.
Love this place! Not only are they great prices but they are fun and very well done!
I have mixed emotions, because I was very happy with this place. They are very talented at what they do, but at the same time they are not exceptional at customer service. I understand when they need to give priority to the appointments, but is ridiculous when from 30 mins of wait (that was told), it turned into over an hour. The funny thing is that they kept seeing people before me, and not all of them were appointments. I mentioned but not even an apology or they acknowledged the situation. At the end of the day, I'm not even happy with today's final product. Very disappointed, sad to say.
My most recent nail manicure today - is already peeling. It's only been on 3 hours. My first one was 3 weeks ago and was beautiful. Done by an older gentleman. I'll use him only. I like the salon. Clean. TV. Music. Eyebrows.
My daughter’s and I love this place. Always excellent service.
