We have been living in Aspen woods for 7yrs now. I found maintenance and office staffs are good and helpful always. Maintenance requests are attended and resolved promptly. We moved from one unit to another last month which was a hassle free experience for us. Move out inspection was friendly, only reasonable/very minimal fine imposed. Over all aspen woods is a great community to live...

Complex is well maintained. Maintenance is great. Location is everything you could want.

My overall stay was great, no complaints on the maintenance or leasing office. We had one maintenance request and the order was completed by the next business day. The leasing office is very helpful if you need assistance in any way. The only issue we had was the smell from the hallway which was by other residents. This apartment (2bed, 2bath) was shared by 3 people so I made a spreadsheet of the expenses for the leasing term of 12-months.

I am looking for a quiet but toddler friendly apartment for when my grandson visits. After reading the reviews, I'm inclined to stay away. It seems like they really take advantage of people after move-out. Charging hundreds for nail holes from hanging paintings, or carpet cleaning that costs over $1000...?nnNo. I can fill in a hole in a wall with plaster, sand it and paint it for a few bucks. Carpet cleaning does not cost $1000.nnI have pets where I currently rent, which I probably will not bring with me to a new place. I know my small dogs have had accidents on carpet here PLUS a cat who tore it up. I fully expect to take advantage of my renters insurance because I know the carpet will need replacing. My policy covers the first $1,000 and my security deposit of $1500 should more than cover the rest of the carpet replacement PLUS any other repairs needed due to normal wear and tear.nnBut I do not expect a bill ON TOP of them keeping my security deposit.nnIf that is how Aspen Woods treats former tenants, I may look elsewhere. Unfortunately.
