I strongly recommend Gabriela. I loved what she did to my nails. I got a manicure and pedicure which both included a free foot and hand massage. She also has a zelle account to make it easier to tip her since this business strongly recommends tipping in cash, which I rarely carry.

Terrible ! Do not waste your time. All they are worried about is a tip. Terrible job on your nails and feet. They rush as if they have multiple customers to attend to. Paint was all over my skin. My 6 yr old niece could have done a better job.

So awful! Completely butchered my nails.nnWent in for a basic gel manicure with GEL extensions. Which means the mold. Always. It is less harsh for your nails. I always get a manicure in NYC but because I was WFH for the last 2 weeks. I settled here.nnThey first try to put tips on with super glue. I politely explain again what I asked for. They gave me a hard time and tried to tell me it was okay. Do not fully understand what they were trying to insinuate but, it was not okay.nnAfter an exchange - they gave me a hard time then began my nails.nnWOW. Just WOW. I have gel essentially stuck to the side of the finger. And it’s not polish gel if that is what you are thinking.nnTHIS IS AWFUL.nn**I did pay and I tipped**

Poor experience. My nails came out nice with Kim. However, Maya continue to ask how much was I leaving a tip. She never ask but insisted. Then my pedicure color was horrible so I ask Kim to remove it and paint it clear. She was a little bit frustrated but did it. I never stay for it to dry. But for the price, I expect the quality & the customer service to be top notch especially to be located in SoNo Mall. I will never return back.

LOVEEEEE THIS PLACE! Had an amazing pedicure experience with Jimmy. I didn't love the way my nails came out initially and without hesitation the front desk scheduled an appointment for me, with Gabby, and fixed my concerns no questions! This is CERTAINLY my new go to! By the way, she did a PHENOMENAL job!
