Brow Art 23 is great. The staff is lovely, the service is efficient and the prices are unbeatable. RUBINA is my go-to stylist and she gets it right every single time.
I got my eyebrow done here a couple times by Briana and she is so nice and does an AMAZING JOB!! It's also so clean, especially compared to other places; I feel so covid safe when I go. She always remembers names and is very gentile. I literally barely felt it when Bri did it!
I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time ever by Briana and I absolutely loved how it turned out. I was so afraid of any pain but she made sure to go REALLY slow to the point that it was almost painless. By how slow and gentle she did it, it hurt wayyy less than plucking your own eyebrows with a tweezer. I also told her to not remove much hair as I just simply wanted my eyebrows to get cleaned up. She seems to be very knowledgeable in what she does and gives out great recommendations based off your needs.nnSo if you're getting your brows threaded for the very first time, I strongly recommend Briana.
Bri is so detailed with the eyebrow threading which is why she takes a while but it’s so worth it
